Pet Friendly
Here at Seasons Townhomes pet-friendly apartments are able to accommodate your lovable furry friends. Below is our Policy concerning your pets. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- Cats Allowed
- Dogs Allowed
- All pets must be spayed/neutered
- Pet must be at least one year old*
- Rent is $35 (0-50 lbs), $45 (51-90 lbs) per month per pet
- We allow up to 2 pets per apartment
- There is a one time DNA charge of $45 per dog
- The Pet Deposit is $300 (refundable) plus a one-time Pet Fee of $300 (non-refundable), $600 Total, per apartment
- Proof of rabies vaccine required
- Pet breed restricted*
