LOVE THESE TOWN HOMES!!! Spectacular views! Staff is always so friendly. Maintenance are the BEST ever, always take care of any issues. I promise you will never be disappointed living here. Definitely more than a 5 star property.

I love my condo. I have a wonderful view and great neighbors. The maintenance people are excellent!!! The office employees are very helpful and respectful.
My last maintenance person was new on the job and did a perfect job. He knew what to do, and he did it exceptionally well while being polite and courteous. Thank you.

Leasing agent was absolutely amazing. From a happy and engaging attitude from the start, he made our decision to sign our lease that much easier. He answered all of our questions competently and informatively. We are new to the area and he took the time to tell us about all the activities to do in the area. I’ve been a resident of the Towns of Traverse Mountain for 1 year and have been very pleased with the community. The quality of construction, unit finishes, and community amenities have made this a home for our little family. The management company is responsive, friendly and professional. If you can find availability, I strongly recommend these rental townhomes.

I am always so happy that we chose this property. The staff is great and do their best to make sure the residents here are happy. The property manager is really great! Anytime we have had an issue she has been so amazing. This month was rough for my family and she took care of us and was so kind. We have lived in many places but this one feels like home!

Your team is exceptional the Townhouses are fantastic and there is a great value to living here. It is so very “REFRESHING” to live where people are not just concentrating on $$$$$ money but care about doing a great job and realizing that the money will fallow because of the job your doing A++++ I would give more stars if I could. These townhomes checked all the boxes I needed to move in. The garage is huge as well the the bathtub in the master. The kitchen is full size with plenty of room to cook. I have had a few maintenance issues come up since I have been here and the staff has always been very helpful getting everything taken care of. They have communicated well with timing of repairs and follows up with me to make sure there are no further issues. They have been great to work with!
