What kind of lease terms do you have available?
We offer leases between 2 and 16 months. Prices vary depending on lease term and lease terms are subject to availability.
Do you have furnished, corporate suites?
We will offer corporate suites with a minimum 1-month stay at a rate that varies on the floor plan and length of stay.
What kind of TV and Internet Connection do you have?
DIRECTV service is available with 150 HD channels. The internet is billed separately through Senawave at affordable pricing. Internet packages vary in price.
Who pays the utilities?
Prior to move in you will be required to set up a private account with Dominion Gas and Rocky Mountain Power. The cost of gas and electric will vary, depending on your usage. Your water, sewer and valet trash services will be billed by Conservice. Water and Sewer will vary, depending on your usage and valet trash is a flat fee of $30 per month.

The nearest public transportation is at 400 South, about 1 block from our building.
Is there a fee to use the amenities?
No. Use of all amenities are included in your monthly rent.

Where do I park?
Parking is available in our secure covered garage for $60 per space per month. Reserved parking spaces are $120 per space per month, based on availability.
