What kind of lease terms do you have available?
We offer leases between 2 and 15 months. Prices vary depending on lease term and lease terms are subject to availability.
Do you have furnished, corporate suites?
We will offer corporate suites with a minimum 1-month stay at a rate that varies on the floor plan and length of stay.
What kind of TV and Internet Connection do you have?
Every apartment has fiber optic internet through UpRise Fiber, 1 GBPS/apartment. The internet service is included in our concierge package. This concierge package also includes Brivo Smart Home and valet trash service.
Who pays the utilities?
Prior to move in you will be required to set up a private account with NV Energy. The cost of gas and electricity will vary, depending on your usage. Your water and sewer will be billed by Conservice. The cost of water and Sewer will vary, depending on your usage.
