What kind of lease terms do you have available?

We offer leases between 2 and 16 months. Prices vary depending on lease term and lease terms are subject to availability.

Do you have furnished, corporate suites?

We will offer corporate suites with a minimum 1-month stay at a rate that varies on the floor plan and length of stay.

What kind of TV and Internet Connection do you have?

Every apartment has Real Choice TV service with 175 HD channels included in the rent. The Internet is billed separately through BlueRim Networks at affordable pricing. Internet packages vary in price.

Who pays the utilities?

Prior to move in you will be required to set up a private account with Questar Gas and Rocky Mountain Power. The cost of gas and electric will vary, depending on your usage. Your water, sewer and valet trash services will be billed by Conservice. Water and Sewer will vary, depending on your usage and valet trash is a flat fee of $30 per month.

Do you allow pets?

We are a pet-friendly community, however, we do have a pet weight limit of 40 lbs or less. Additionally, we have some breed restrictions for dogs and we do not allow pets under the age of 1 year. All pets must also be up to date with vaccinations and spayed or neutered. Pet Rent is $40 per month, per pet, and we allow up to 2 pets per apartment. However, if the pet weighs more than 40lbs you will be charged $60 per month. The Pet Deposit is $300 and one-time Pet Fee is $300, per apartment.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

High-Speed Wi-Fi is available for registered residents throughout the community.

Is there a fee to use the amenities?

No. Use of all the amenities is included in your monthly rent.
