What kind of lease terms do you have available?

We offer 1 to 15 month leases.

Do you have furnished, corporate suites?

We offer corporate suites with a minimum 1-month stay at a rate that varies on the floor plan, length of stay, and availability.

What kind of Internet Connection do you have?

Internet is billed separately through Smartaira High Speed Internet at affordable pricing. Internet packages vary in price.

Who pays the utilities?

Prior to move in you will be required to set up a private account with Dominion Energy and Rocky Mountain Power. The cost of gas and electric will vary, depending on your usage. Water, sewer, and trash will all be billed through Conservice.

Do you allow pets?

We are a pet friendly community, however, we do have a pet weight limit of 90lbs. We allow 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions do apply – inquire in leasing office for additional information. All pets must also be up to date with vaccinations and spayed or neutered. For pets 0-49 lbs, pet rent is $45 per month, per pet. For pets 50-90 lbs, pet rent is $65 per month, per pet.

How close is the nearest public transportation?

There are Frontrunner Stations within a mile of the property. There is also a UTA Bus Station directly in front of the property.

Is there a fee to use the amenities?

Common area facilities are free, subject to a cleaning deposit of $300 for reserved use, as available.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

We have high speed wifi throughout the community.

Where do I park?

Open stalls are free, covered carports are $40 per month, garages are $150 per month.
