What kind of lease terms do you have available?
We offer leases between 1 and 15 months. Prices vary depending on lease term and lease terms are subject to availability.
Do you have furnished, corporate suites?
We offer corporate suites with a minimum 1-month stay at a rate that varies on the floor plan and length of stay. We also work with a furniture rental company if we don’t have anything furnished available.
What kind of Internet Connection do you have?
The Internet is billed separately through Smartaira High-Speed Internet at affordable pricing. Internet packages vary in price.
Who pays the utilities?
Prior to move in you will be required to set up a private account with Dominion Energy and Lehi Power . The cost for gas and electric will vary, depending on your usage. Water, sewer, and trash will all be billed through Conservice.
Do you allow pets?

Within two miles of the property.
Is there a fee to use the amenities?
Yes – There is a $300 deposit required to use the Clubhouse and Theater Room.

Two and three bedroom units include a single car garage. Additional single and double parking garages are available for an additional fee. Open parking free of charge for all residents.
