What kind of lease terms do you have available?
We offer leases between 2 and 18 months. Prices vary depending on lease term and lease terms are subject to availability.
Do you have furnished, corporate suites?
We will offer corporate suites with a minimum 1-month stay at a rate that varies on the floor plan and length of stay.
What kind of TV and Internet Connection do you have?
Every apartment has fiber optic internet through Senawave, 200+ MBPS/apartment. The internet service is included in our concierge package which is $110/month. This concierge package also includes Brivo Smart Home and valet trash service.
Who pays the utilities?
Prior to move in you will be required to set up a private account with Dominion Energy. The cost of gas will vary, depending on your usage. Your electricity, water and sewer will be billed by Conservice. The cost of electricity, water and sewer will vary, depending on your usage.

How close is the nearest public transportation?
The nearest Cache Valley Transit bus stop is less than 1/2 block away, at 50 South 100 West.
Is there a fee to use the amenities?
Common area facilities are free, subject to a cleaning deposit of $300 for reserved use, as available.

Where do I park?
We offer covered and uncovered parking spaces. The parking fee is $50/month for the garage. Reserved spaces are available as well, based on availability.
