We offer leases between 2 and 15 months. Prices vary depending on lease term and lease terms are subject to availability.

Who pays the utilities?
Prior to move-in you will be required to set up a private account with Dominion Energy and Rocky Mountain Power. The cost of gas and electric will vary, depending on your usage. Water, sewer, and trash will all be billed through Conservice.
