Pet Friendly
Here at Seasons at Southpoint, our pet-friendly apartments are able to accommodate your lovable furry friends. Below is our policy concerning your pets. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- Cats Allowed
- Small and Big Dogs Allowed
- All pets must be spayed/neutered and vaccinated.
- Pet rent for dogs weighing less than 50lbs is $50.00 a month; 50lbs and over is $60.00 a month.
- Pent rent for cats is $40 a month
- Must be at least one year old
- Pet limit per apartment is 2 pets
- Pet deposit is $600.00. $300.00 is refundable, $300.00 is non-refundable.
