What kind of lease terms do you have available?
We offer leases between 2 and 15 months. Prices vary depending on lease term and lease terms are subject to availability.
Do you have furnished, corporate suites?
We will offer corporate suites with a minimum 2-month stay at a rate that varies on the floor plan and length of stay.
What kind of TV and Internet Connection do you have?
Every apartment has fiber optic internet up to 1 GB wired. The internet service is included in our concierge package which is $110/month. The concierge package also includes Vivint Smart Home and valet trash service.
We can refer you to a TV service provider upon request.
Who pays the utilities?
Prior to move in you will be required to set up a private account with Dominion Energy and Rocky Mountain Power. The cost of gas and electric will vary, depending on your usage. Your water and sewer will be billed by Conservice and will vary based on usage.
Do you allow pets?
We are a pet-friendly community. Additionally, we have some breed restrictions for dogs and we do not allow pets under the age of 1 year. All pets must have current vaccinations and spayed or neutered. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment.
Pet Rent is $40 per month for cats and $50 per month for dogs. However, if the pet weighs 50-75lbs the pet rent is $60 per month.
The Pet Deposit is $300 and one-time Pet Fee is $300, per apartment.
How close is the nearest public transportation?
The nearest TRAX/FrontRunner Station is 4 miles away, at the Draper Station.
Is there a fee to use the amenities?
No. Use of all amenities are included in your monthly rent.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Residents will provide their own router for apartment Wi-Fi services. The option is available to just have a wired connection.
Where do I park?
We offer underground and uncovered parking spaces.
