Seasons has been an amazing place to live thanks to the hard work of the Property Manager. She goes above and beyond to ensure residents needs are addressed, understood, and she ensures that swift action is taken to resolve any conflict or issues. She is quick to respond to my communication and clears up any problems or questions I have.
The building is clean, quiet, and people are friendly. Being able to have my dog on property and live with me is a major plus, and to my experience, the property is super quiet and neighbors are respectful. Covered garage parking has been really clutch in the snow and winter, and gives peace of mind that my car is enclosed in garage parking. The views of the valley are great, and always find it neat to see the people overhead flying around the flight park. With the development in the area, and ease to freeway access, I envision this area and apartments will be highly sought after for a long while.
Overall, I am really happy with my decision to live here – and staff is a huge reason for that. Thanks for all the hard work that the office and the maintenance team provides. I rarely write google reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience living here. 13/10.

We are living here for the past two years now and it is a excellent community. The view from the apartment is great, you can literally see entire Salt Lake City from one side, especially at night it looks delightful and there are beautiful mountains on the other side. All issues and requests are addressed promptly and efficiently. The managers are very understanding and amicable. A big Thumbs Up to maintenance, who is very prompt, friendly and helpful. I have had few issues in the apartment and they always fix it within a day or two at the most, they are awesome. We love living here, so if you are on the fence, give it a shot. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Office staff was such a joy to meet and work with. We are new to the area and underestimated how long, with traffic, it would take us to get to the property for a tour. Staff was gracious enough to give us a tour, despite being late. It was a beautiful, quiet, and clean property. We really hope we get to live here in the very near future! Thank you!

I absolutely loved living here! They are very fair with rent increases at the end of your lease and they maintain the property well. It is a very quiet place to live and has the best soundproofing of any apartment I have lived at. The building quality is amazing and I never had issues with the appliances. It was very easy to get issues resolved and maintenance responds quickly. Highly recommend.

Seasons at Southpointe is fantastic!
The rooms are nice and spacious! My wife and I have loved our apartment. The layout is super accommodating to us and our two pets.
The amenities are nice and make for a fun date night when we don’t want to spend any money.
The pool and hot tub are well maintained.
The best part about this place is definitely the staff—
Big shoutout to property manager! Always gets back to me quickly and gives the best service one can give.
The maintenance is also very quick and responsive.
10/10– Would recommend

I’ve been a tenant since Sept 2021. I have to say property manager is an absolute Gem, she’s very responsive, very nice, always in a good mood and helpful. When moving in I had a great experience, they’re transparent about their pricing and I wasn’t surprised to see any hidden fees. The maintenance man is wonderful, I always see him around and he’s friendly and explains well what the issue was with your maintenance request. Usually things get fixed within a day or 2 (depending on how busy he is). I love my apartment and the staff. I’m really glad I moved here.

My experience has been great with Seasons at Southpoint! The property manager is always really friendly and professional. I can count on her to provide a quick response to any questions I have. The maintenance team is polite and professional. He was quick to resolve the minor maintenance request that I made.
The Apartment is beautiful and modern. The amenities are great also; from the smart home system and keyless entry, to the club house, fitness center, pool and hot tub.

The leasing office staff were very helpful throughout every step of the move in process. They went to great lengths to ensure that we had all the information we needed before making our decision to move in. Additionally, they went above and beyond to make the move in process as seamless as possible.
The property is well kept and the service team has been excellent with fulfilling our requests in a timely manner.
Very knowledgeable and patient when answering all my questions/concerns. A++!
