What kind of lease terms do you have available?
We offer leases between 2 and 18 months. Prices vary depending on lease term and lease terms are subject to availability.
Do you have furnished, corporate suites?
We will offer corporate suites with a minimum 1-month stay at a rate that varies on the floor plan and length of stay.
What kind of TV and Internet Connection do you have?
Every apartment has high-speed fiber internet with speeds up to 1 GB on a wired connection. The latest in Wi-Fi technology, Wi-Fi 6 available throughout the community. The internet service is included in our concierge package which is $145.00/month. This concierge package also includes, Brivo Smart Home and Valet Trash service.
Who pays the utilities?
Prior to move-in, you will be required to set up a private account with dominion energy, and electricity is billed through Conservice. The cost will vary, depending on your usage. Your electricity, water, and sewer will be billed by Conservice.
