So far every interaction I have had here, has been really positive, from taking a tour to moving in. The property manager kept me informed all along the way and is super nice and friendly. One of the maintenance guys even helped me move my bed in, which was a big help. It’s nice and clean, smells fresh and relaxing where ever you are in the building, parking is convenient, it’s quiet, and the other residents I’ve met so far have be very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a positive place to live.

The management and facilities at Mill Creek are so great!! Maintenance requests have always been taken care of with in a day, Staff is amazing to help with rent and leasing, and maintenance has been so great to help me with potentially lost packages! Everyone is very helpful and friendly, facilities are beautiful, a wonderful place to live! Definitely would recommend!

Very nice place, maintenance does a great job with keeping the facility as clean as possible, especially considering there are a lot of people living here. The property manager is super friendly and helpful as well. I also like that it is so close to downtown entertainment and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance.

Very friendly and welcoming our tour was amazing. Staff did a great job asked what we needed in an apartment and showed us exactly that, as we were about to leave my husband and I had one last question so he walked back in and manager decided to show us 2 other rooms they had – something we didn’t even think about having but would be perfect for our baby! If you’re looking for an apartment this is one of the few new places that are worth looking at. Pet friendly too!

Having office staff and maintenance help me with finding my apartment was such an easy and painless experience. They were always happy to answer my questions and walk me through the process. Now that I’m moved in they are still there to help me settle. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Thank you for all the personal care you gave me.

It was a great tour! I didn’t feel pressure from management and I was able to really look at everything. It was inviting and I was able to ask questions and get clear and honest answers. 10/10 recommend.
Update 2023: The units are modern, spacious, and secure. The office and facilities management teams are fantastic (S/O to maintenance 🙌)! There is a great community feeling here and it’s a great place to live.

The perks with these apartments are everything!!! The parking garages are a luxury all on their own. Residents only access to the apartments, so you can decide who comes to your door. Who wouldn’t love that? Pets welcome. Trash and recycle gets taken out for you. There’s an elevator when you have a ton of groceries and don’t want to take the stairs. WE DON’T HAVE TO SHOVEL ANY SNOW😊. Hot tub, rooftop bbq patios, fitness center, amazon hub, access your mailbox inside, a clubhouse area, and they’re only adding more. Plus I’m sure I left a bunch out. Property manager was so easy to work with and helped me with a quick move in. She answered all my annoying questions and has made me feel welcome. The maintenance crew do a great job around the property and have been a great help as well. This place doesn’t compare to the other apartment options in the valley. I did see reviews that mentioned noise being an issue. While I haven’t had that issue here. It’s just a con when considering living in apartments in general. I always use some type of white noise so I won’t be woken up by loud noises. Ear plugs work great if you need complete silence. Just do your research and ask tons of questions. This place has too many luxuries to make any complaints about the small stuff.

Apartments are decent but the office staff are awesome – super easy to work with and maintenance takes care of apartment issues very quickly. Other people mentioned this already but it is fairly easy to hear people in the apartments, but so far all of the other tenants have been respectful if it’s late and a little too loud for us so all in all not a huge deal.
