Pet Friendly
Here at Seasons on Riverdale, our pet-friendly apartments are able to accommodate your lovable furry friends to our apartments. Below is our policy concerning your pets. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- We are a pet-friendly community. Additionally, we have some breed restrictions for dogs and we do not allow pets under the age of 1 year. All pets must have current vaccinations and be spayed or neutered. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment.*
- Pet Rent is $45 per month, per cat, $45 per month, per dog less than 40 pounds, $65 per month per dog more than 50 pounds.
- The Pet Deposit is $300 (refundable), plus a one-time Pet Fee is $300 (non-refundable), per apartment.
- Two tokens are included per dog, per month to use the dog spa.
